Privacy policy

This policy explains what Ripple Media collects and how we use it. Last updated 29 October 2026.

What we collect

• Your Whop account details needed to run your subscription (name, username, the plan you bought). Payments are processed by Whop; we never see your card details.
• The footage, files and notes you upload, the edits we deliver, and your comments on them.
• The brand kit you give us (brand name, handle, colors, fonts, logo) and the email you choose for edit updates.
• Basic website analytics and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad platform's conversion pixel (for example Meta Pixel).

How we use it

Only to edit your videos, deliver them, tell you about their progress, support you and run your subscription. We use AI tools to edit your footage; your files are processed for your edits only and are not sold or used to train public AI models by us.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the service: Whop (accounts, payments, file storage, notifications), Supabase (our database), our email provider, and the AI and hosting providers our editing pipeline uses. We never sell your data.

Your edits in our portfolio

Only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time from your brand kit.

How long we keep it

Your files and edits stay available while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then we delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us and we'll reply within 7 days.
