Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your Whop account whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, because editing capacity is reserved for you from day one. If you haven't sent a single edit and you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment, we refund it in full.

Late edits

If an edit is delivered after its clock, you get 7 free days added to your subscription, per late request. We track every clock, so you don't have to claim it.

Not happy with an edit?

Leave notes on the frames you want changed. Revisions are unlimited for 7 days after each delivery and come back in half the original time.
